SETWELL Website Terms of Use
Version SETWELL-WEBSITE-2026-10-v1.1 Owner-approved copy - effective date to be set on publication.
Operator: Ademis Technologies LLC d/b/a Setwell Appliances. Website: setwellappliances.com. Contact: contact@setwellappliances.com.
1. Purpose of the website
The website provides information and a request/administration process for washer and dryer rentals. It is not an appliance sales marketplace, financing application, or rent-to-own program. Customers must be adults with authority to request the service.
2. Requests, availability, and approval
Submitting a request or checking a ZIP does not create an approved rental, guarantee a particular appliance, reserve inventory indefinitely, or promise a delivery slot. Final service-area approval uses the full address and separate access review. The standard radius is 40 geographic miles, with over 40 through 50 miles requiring individual approval. Availability also depends on suitable access, hookups, equipment, verification, and scheduling.
Base is $59/month plus applicable tax; Premium is $79/month plus applicable tax under the current offer. Standard delivery and installation are included with the four-month minimum commitment, followed by month-to-month service. No deposit or traditional credit check is part of the standard program. Representative pictures do not guarantee a brand/model. The final offer, material conditions, first payment, and recurring terms must be shown before acceptance.
3. Rental contract and document hierarchy
An accepted rental is governed by the signed Rental Service Agreement, completed summary/schedules, and separately accepted authorizations. These Website Terms do not replace that contract or introduce hidden rental fees. Website changes do not retroactively change an executed agreement. The Privacy Policy explains data handling; reading it alone does not authorize a payment, marketing message, or biometric capture.
4. Appropriate use and secure links
Supply accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent documents, misuse another person's payment method, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, or attempt access to another customer's or an administrator's records. Keep emailed customer links private. Notify SETWELL if a link or information appears misdirected or compromised.
These terms do not transfer SETWELL intellectual-property rights or prohibit lawful reviews, complaints, or other protected activity.
5. Third-party services and technical availability
The service may use disclosed providers for hosting, payments, identity, email, and address checks. Their interfaces may carry their own terms. SETWELL remains responsible for its own promises and handling of information. A third-party outage may affect online access; use the contact email when needed. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or treat a website failure as automatic cancellation of a valid rental.
This website uses Google Maps Platform address-validation services. Use of those services is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Address validation is a reference-data check, not a guarantee of occupancy, delivery access, appliance availability or rental approval. You may retain your entered address and request SETWELL review when a suggestion is uncertain.
A demo/preview is for sample data only. Demo "approval," "payment," "signature," or "delivery" is not a real transaction. Do not upload real IDs or enter actual payment details in a demonstration. A $0 demo tax placeholder is not a tax-exemption statement.
6. Contact, disputes, and updates
For service or billing questions, use the rental support/cancellation routes or contact email. For privacy matters, use the Privacy Policy process. These Terms do not waive non-waivable consumer rights, impose mandatory arbitration, or authorize SETWELL to debit funds. Texas law applies subject to controlling federal law. Applicable law determines proper venue and remedies.
Material updates will identify their effective date; they do not silently change a signed rental.
