Electronic Records and Signatures Consent

Scope and access

I consent to electronic records and signatures for my SETWELL rental agreement, schedules, payment authorization, invoices, receipts and rental/service/pickup notices. Consent is separate from payment authorization and does not include marketing or biometric verification. Before consenting I can read the documents on this page and open a sample PDF. By selecting the electronic-consent checkbox I confirm I can access and save these HTML/PDF formats. The signed copy is provided as a downloadable PDF and readable HTML record; I do not need to print or physically sign it.

Technical requirements

I need a working email address, internet access, a current supported browser and a device able to display and save HTML and PDF documents. I can use my browser or a compatible PDF reader. No desktop application specific to SETWELL is required.

Electronic delivery, copies and withdrawal

SETWELL uses electronic records and signatures for its online rental process. I can save or print my electronic copies. SETWELL does not routinely mail paper documents.

Where applicable law requires a record to be provided to me in writing, I may request a paper copy by contacting contact@setwellappliances.com and identifying the record and mailing address. SETWELL will provide legally required paper copies without charge. This does not establish an ongoing paper-service option for all communications.

I may withdraw electronic-delivery consent or update my contact details at the same email address. Withdrawal takes effect within a reasonable time after receipt and applies to future records. It does not invalidate prior signatures or cancel rental obligations. SETWELL will honor any legally required nonelectronic delivery and may request a mailing address for that purpose. Withdrawal may prevent completion of future online transactions; it does not by itself terminate an existing rental or create a fee.

If technical changes materially affect access, SETWELL will disclose updated requirements, explain withdrawal rights and obtain renewed consent where required before continuing electronic delivery.

Signing

Typing my full legal name and selecting Sign & Continue with the required boxes checked is my electronic signature and intentional acceptance of the disclosed documents. I can ask questions before signing. A signature is not captured merely by browsing or opening a document.
